Current job: Electronic care representative (electronic customer service)

at the Commercial Bank of Kuwait.

Job responsibilities:

We are responsible for all the bank’s social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, snapchat, Facebook, and What’s up)

We are responsible for the bank’s e-mail, and we receive all the customers’ inquires and requests, including Technical issues related to the online service, mobile application problems and western union service, also we are responsible for receiving and processing KYCs, disputes, power of attorneys, and authority letters.

We are responsible for submitting every day excel shift report and for preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports regarding the department’s performance.

Recent activities: Un-MU Program (A program which is organized and sponsored by “En.V Earth” An organization which is enhancing and empowering the youth.)

I have attended many events which were organized by our student council, student activities, and private entities. All the events or session was about HR, Soft skills, emotional intelligence, marketing and E-marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, how to market yourself, finance, and stock market. Also I Have joined several student activities as a member in the HR and Marketing department.
