Prepare issue and maintain tracking schedules for all technical submittals such as Contract Drawings, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Procurement of Materials, Method Statements, Work Notifications, Site Instructions, Confirmation of verbal Instructions, Variation Orders etc. Overall responsibility of issuing controlled copies of documents such as Contract Drawings, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statements, Work Notifications, Site Instructions etc. to all concerned project staff as required through Document Controller. Monitor the Procurement Schedule and co-ordinate with Procurement Department and Stores on delivery of long-lead, critical and bulk materials.
