The Turnkey Sail Tower is an internationally recognized architectural award winning icon. It is located on a prime spot along the corniche in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Alsaad with Besix as Joint Venture partner are playing a central role in making this 265 meter tall structure a success. The Sail Tower features three basements and technical floors as well as 64 mixed use hotel rooms and apartments. The surrounding grounds and parking have a total built-up area of 150,000 m2. Luxurious two-to-four bedroom apartments are on levels 29 to 63 and a penthouse crowns the top floor. The project also includes a seven-story podium and a three-story pre-function ballroom. The 5-Star Hotel makes its home on the lower 28 floors of the tower and boasts 224 guest suites, 18 serviced-apartments, four restaurants, a male and female health club/spa, a kids club, and an outdoor pool with stunning views of the Red Sea. The Residences are housed on floors 29 to 63.
