Played a major role in introduction of CNC (Computerized Numerically Controlled) machines in order to enhance the installed capacity of CENWOSTO (Central Ordanace depot, Production Unit of Small Arms Components and Non Lethal Weapons of Border Security Force). Shrink the demand and supply gap to a great extent.
Handled major suppliers of controlled stores including Ordnance Factories, CNC machines & tool manufacturer, general stores, clothing, tent-age and MT parts including tyres and tubes.
Formulate the automation plan of TSU (Tear Smoke Unit) and prepared its DPR (Detailed Project Report).
Successful implementation of ERP in TSU.
Pivotal in proper maintenance of huge inventories of various controlled stores pertaining to force and not even a single lapse is noted during my tenure.
Ensured savings to state through proactive approach and better vendor rating.
