In the past year I have also helped small Swedish games company Arrowhead build a Social Media strategy and designed and written content for Kilroy Travels internal gamification App as well as many other smaller projects. I am a firm believer in giving the social media communities that I build or is part of a personality of its own, shaping and moulding them rather than cutting and pruning. In the recent years I have: ! • Used my public speaking skills to give talks, mini-lectures as well as being the “face/ voice” of a company when dealing with clients and other businesses. ! • Helped prepare for international conventions/expos and LANs.! • Facilitated Fansite engagement and growth providing companies with new ways to engage with their target audience. ! • Recruited and supported volunteer player moderators both in “live games” and on forums, moderated live chats, social media and mini-panels as well as interns and other staff members.!As well as assisted marketing and PR devise strategies based on information from communities and helped implement these strategies in a live environment. Skills I have strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and orally. I also speak my native Danish, pretty decent Swedish and have a basic understanding of German and French. I have Experience with PR and marketing both face to face at various conferences and online. I am comfortable in front of a camera or in this case microphone having been on the radio several times. My background as a DJ also makes me able to relax in front of large crowds. I have extensive experience planning, marketing and executing event’s both big and small, from concerts with thousands of people to smaller intimate events with just a few dozen guests, online events that numbered players in the hundreds of thousands (182000 being the largest number of users I’ve funnelled to an event) or just interacting with a few people giving them that special experience that is a good press/media event. !!!A solid background working with most social media like Facebook, Twitter and the data tools that accompany them including Klout, Topsy, Simply Measured, Lithium Adobe Social etc. to generate the information needed to make good decisions, plan engagement strategies that engages the target group in an optimal way. I also have experience running traditional forums, interacting with a user-base on Reddit as well as other smaller online venues that provide more specialised services. I believe in converting negative elements into positive members of a community, people engage via social media because they want to be associated with a product, it is as much a statement from the user as it is a way to engage with a company or organisation. !

Experience formatting online content including HTML5/CSS skills and proficiency with Photoshop and other adobe products. !I am also a creative copy writer who can transform an otherwise dreary list of babble into a living breathing story, but also acknowledges that certain things have a format. In that capacity I’ve written press releases, lore, many a blog post, creative stories for communities as well as a host of press and fan kits, letters both open and closed and assorted ad hoc writing that needs doing during the day to day management of an office.
