Core.Tech.Chain does plan a worldwide supply, operations and full financial integration; as well as the external integration of autonomous drones (e.g. Uber-Nasa-Airbus) and other facilities offered by Blockchain partners (e.g. FUELDapp).

Proven breakthrough technologies are intended to be gathered into small (1Ha) autonomous production units providing, locally, with affordable unsorted Wastes ”restructuring”, without combustion (Plasma), into sustainable, permanent and ratio efficient clean energies, clean chemicals, organic nutrients, purified water (including desalinated water), and slag for the building industry… Near no residues left. Regulations There is a lack of international regulations so far. Tough, if many want to preserve freedom, the market is more and more in demand to rely on rules.It is also legitimate to question how reliable are ICOs launched in today inclined countries, but where unreliable authorities could implement unilateral regulations, possibly retro-actively, eventually freezing the funds ?

Switzerland, “the most ICO-friendly country in the world” ? Switzerland has stated “they wanted to be world leaders in cryptocurrencies”…Also some banks now allow to have accounts in cryptocurrencies, which is great for corporations too.The “helvetian” land is the first country to make "utility tokens" legal and protected by law.Payment tokens and the asset tokens are also legal, but subject to financial rules and could be taxed.

Swiss Supervisory & assistance The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has just published (February 2018) ICO guidelines and supports the federal government's Blockchain/ICO Working Group in which it is participating.
