Professional Experience • Follow up the implementation of scaffolding erection plans that matches projects/ maintenance activities specification and requirements with no threat to production and personnel safety.

• Co-ordinate and supervise the execution of routine and non-routine project / maintenance activities specific scaffolding activities, such that integrity and reliability requirement are met.

• Supervise the daily management of scaffolding erection and inspection on Maintenance activities.

• Supervising the implementation and performance monitoring of scaffolding team on Department.

• Supervision of all relevant health, safety, environment and sustainable development issues related to Scaffolding activities.

• To follow up, supervise and ensure that Scaffolding Works are executed by assigned personnel, in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 QMS procedures and HSE requirements and within the budget and time frame.

-Company: EMC. Egyptian Maintenance Company. (Global Maintenance Department). -Position: Scaffolding Section Head / Supervise (Alexandria District + External work).

-Sites: (Midor –Rashid –Elng –Gasco--APRC) & External Sites

Responsibilities:

• Preparing plans for Scaffold jobs especially shutdown activities in all above site according to client required.

• Preparing drawing for scaffolds if it’s required.

• Designing and adopting training program for scaffold forman, technicians and helpers to carry out the job with safe way from all EMC sites at EMC scaffolding School .

• Supervises and controls scaffolding management system for all scaffolding activities for all alexandria sites.

• Estimate Quantities and making Quotations for manpower and materials for all external work.

• Submit Scaffolding & lifting Plans Weekly report to Alexandria district general manager. • Evaluate Technical & commercial offers submitted by scaffolding material suppliers. • Managed Technical & Commercial EMC Tenders in Scaffolding & Rigging work.

• Preparing Plans for Scaffold jobs identifying dimension and Shapes needed according to standard specification, Estimate identifying duration, man power and all materials required.

• Following up permits, finishing the job and submitting it back to EMC different department, making risk assessment & Tool box Talk to each permits before going to the site.

• Supervising the work of scaff. Forman & Technicians and helpers, making Inspection for all erected scaffolds and scaffolding materials before use in all offshore-onshore.(AccordingtoBSI)

• Supervises and controls scaffolding management system for all scaffolding activities.
