Treasury management
Developed and supervised company’s day to day liquidity tracking model and ALM reporting.
Handled operational treasury management of a two balance sheet holding subsidiary structure.
Managed fund allocation for various SBU’s, based on trend analysis and business needs.
Analyzed, and profitably invested c.$ 40 million for the company.
Enhanced treasury income by 100% from previous year.
Analyzed statutory Capital Adequacy, Funding Gap, and liquidity (Static and dynamic) on a regular basis.
Carried out comprehensive Financial Modelling.
Supported the management with various ad-hoc reports and analysis.

Raised debt of c.$8 million in less than 3 months, at sub 12% (first time in company’s history),
diversifying from high cost NBFC led funding partners, to a range of partners across instruments (PSUs,
Private Banks and DFIs).
Ran end to end process from management meetings, to negotiations and execution. Responsibilities
included planning pipeline, presentation of the company’s operational and financial projections.
Led credit rating exercises resulting in timely completion of the rating process.
