Coordination with Consultants, Client, and Licensor & Sub Contractors for changes as per their requirements and conducting value engineering / value addition analysis, etc.

Preparation of minutes of meeting, client correspondence, coordination, preparation of project procedures, project design basis, project execution plan, review of manpower and manpower mobilization plan, planning of deliverables and activities, participating in Risk Assessment Workshops, Reviewing Engineering Execution Plan, Interface Management Plan, Proposal Reviews etc.
Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of engineering & construction coordinating site management activities. Study analysis and execution of manufacturing/installation drawings pertaining to pressure vessels, Columns, Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Air Fin Coolers, Waste Heat Boilers, Compressors, Pumps oil & gas, pipe lines etc. and thus reviewing the same as-built drawings

o Responsible to provide formal and systematic guidelines to all concerned to control and verify design and detailed engineering related activities of project in order to meet Contract objectives.
o Responsible for initial survey and site data collection, this will form the basis of design inputs in coordination with Discipline engineers.
o Responsible to Plan and Organize technical interface co-ordination.o Responsible to identify design outputs, design review, design verification, design validation

o Forward unresolved problems to PM for elevating at the COMPANY’s Progress Review Meeting.
o Shall manage the review of all project specifications, drawings, material requisitions, data sheets, technical evaluations and inputs to ITB package prepared by discipline engineers for COMPANY approval.
o Shall oversee any amendments to project specifications / drawings etc. in line with COMPANY’s approved design and maintain the necessary/relevant data for submission during Project Handover documentation.
