Preparation of minutes of meeting, client correspondence, coordination, preparation of project procedures, project design basis, project execution plan, review of manpower and manpower mobilization plan, planning of deliverables and activities, participating in Risk Assessment Workshops, Reviewing Engineering Execution Plan, Interface Management Plan, Proposal Reviews etc.

Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of engineering & construction coordinating site management activities. Study analysis and execution of manufacturing/installation drawings pertaining to pressure vessels, Columns, Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Air Fin Coolers, Waste Heat Boilers, Compressors, Pumps oil & gas, pipe lines etc. and thus reviewing the same as-built drawings

o Responsible for initial survey and site data collection, this will form the basis of design inputs in coordination with Discipline engineers.
