Major Duties & Responsibilities:
To maintain all kinds of registers/books as per VAT Act & Rules.
Ensure proper Compliance with VAT Act & Rules in the manufacturing plant.
Computation of the products Costing (Musuk-1), declaration of product price,
attained to hearing and getting price approval of the products from the concerned
VAT authority.
Check documents, Prepare and submission of Dakhila patra (Mushuk-19) to the
concerned VAT authorities within stipulated time. .
Check & Confirm receive whether all the materials purchase VAT Challan and
bills of entry are in order to take VAT rebate or note.
Keep all the VAT registers update, issue VAT Challan (Musuk-11) and maintain
other VAT records confirming to VAT law.
According to the sales of the previous day calculate the material consumption and
entry the quantity at purchase Register (Musuk-16).
Entry the sales register (Mushok-17) As per VAT Challan (Mushuk-11) Issued.
Entry the current account book (Mushuk-18) for Rebate according to the purchase
Register.
