Project title: - Clinical Efficacy Of ZN Staining & IS6110 DNA Sequence For The Diagnosis Of Extra Pulmonary Tuberculosis.Laboratory: - Central molecular research laboratory of Shri Guru Ram Rai Institute of Medical & Health Sciences (SGRRIMHS), Dehradun.
Description: - The main emphasis of the training was to develop the knowledge of different types of PCR. This is a very extensively used project as it is used to detect the bacterial load and also for diagnosis of different bacterial infections. While undergoing this project we learnt about how to work on Laminar air flow, how to detect or diagnose bacterial infections by using different types of PCR.
Role: - Diagnosis & Detection.
