   PROFILE    Magdalena  has  twenty  years  of  experience  of  business   change   projects   and   ERP   system  implementations.   So   far   she   has   spent   ten  years  in  the  Wholesale  and  retail  industry  and  eight  years  in  Telecom.    Magdalena’s   passion   is   to   improve   business  processes.   She   is   a  problem  solver  with  good  communication   and   listening   skills.   Team  members   and   customers   appreciate   her   ERP  and   business   knowledge   and   energy   to  include   the   users   and   the   real   business  scenario  in  the  solution  discussion.      Magdalena  has  had   the   chance   to   learn  a   lot  about   order   to   cash   and   procurement   to  payment  scenarios  including:

    INDUSTRY:  Food  Retail  

    ROLE:  Solution  architect  –  Supply  Chain  and  Masterdata  

  ASSIGNEMENT:  Worked  as  solution  architect  for  5  years,  taking  part  in  all  AxOne  releases  from  Finance  and  Masterdata  to  implementation  of  Supply  chain  processes  for  Axfood  wholesale  and  retail  business.  Responsible  for  driving  cross  process  functionality.  

2000  04  –  2008  06       Ericsson  –  Global  transformation  -­‐  SAP  implementation  INDUSTRY:  Telecom  

    ROLE:  Application  specialist,  teamlead,  testlead  trainer,  application  management  

  ASSIGNEMENT:  Magdalena  worked  8  years  in  the  Ericsson  SAP  release  and  rollout  projects.  She  worked  mainly  in  the  Swedish  production  sites  but  also  in  Italy  and  in  the  Kuala  Lumpur  support  center.  During  the  years  she  had  different  roles  and  worked  both  with  the  Order  to  cash  and  Procurement  to  payment  scenario.  She  also  worked  in  the  global  application  management  support  team.

  ROLE:   Lead   role,   application   specialist   SD/MM/PS/CO-­‐PA,   test   and   training  responsible  

ASSIGNEMENT:  SAP  implementation  supporting  business  processes  for  sales,  projects,  service,  production,  procurement,  inventory  management  and  finance.

    ROLE:   Lead,   application   specialist   Order,   Warehouse,   Distribution,   Invoicing   and         Profitability  from  analysis  to  implementation.  

  ASSIGNEMENT:  SAP  implementation  Finance,  controlling  and  supply  chain,  including  production.  The  implementation  included  design  of  a  global  template  .
