HR EXECUTIVE 1) Recruitment - Build up HR network and channels for recruitment to attract qualified candidates - Screen qualified candidates and make appointments for the interview and test - Short-listed potential candidates and coordinate with Line Managers to interview - Prepare Offer letter for the selected candidate to sign before starting employment - Send thank you letter to unsuccessful candidates - Responsible for Introduction and Orientation Program for new comer - Follow up probation period and prepare labor contract for successful employees - Update and maintain candidate database from internal and external sources, headcount tracking and staff movement records 2) Training and development - Support HR Manager in completing training need analysis as well as planning internal/ external training - Prepare (materials, powerpoint, video clip) & conduct; Presentation skill, communication skill, telephoning communication skill, MS office skill, English self-study program online,.. - Coordinate with partner to improve E-learning system, post training materials and follow up employees's studies - Support other departments in preparing powerpoint, photo documents, set up projector,... - Evaluate the quality of training and after training - Coordinate with line managers to review employees's perfomance - Contact outside center to register for employees attending training courses 3) Compensation & Benefits - Follow up staff annual leave, time attendance records, overtime to support monthly payroll. - Be in charge of employee's benefits (health check-up, marriage, funeral,...) - Prepare required data for Market Compensation Survey (Talentnet, Towerswatson) - Organize staff events: staff meeting, year-end party, teambuilding, charity, fire protection,... 4) Staff relations - Disciplines: make sure the disciplines are implemented by labor code - Rewards: prepare trophy for 5-year & 10-year seniority employees, certificates,... - As secretary of GVN's labor union: + Implement procedures for new unionists, make quarterly report, other reports as required + Organize labor union meeting and take responsible of unionist's benefits + On behalf of labor union's commitee, attend meeting organized by labor union district 1 5) HR Admin - Be in charge of HR's decisions: labor contract, promotion,...and HR policies, regulation,... - Take care of paper works for expat employees: work permit, temporary residence card,... - Coordinate with partner to build and improve HR system (Fast) - Register labor regulation, collective labor agreement, half-yearly labor report - Manage staff profile: keep info most-updated Phone: 0122 317 0008 E-mail: [email protected] Address: Tan Binh District, HCMC GROUPAMA VIETNAM GENERAL INSURANCE CO.,LTD (~ 100 employees) Branch of Groupama Insurance Group, a leading insurer in France 11/2013 - Present
