TOTAL E&P Angola _ Integrity Campaign of FPSO GIRASSOL, from October 2010 to December 2011: Planning & POB Manager.

Independently generating various ITPs for equipment and structural works / Piping Hydro test Packs and getting it approved from Client. TOTAL E&P Angola-FPSO GIRASSOL, from November 2008 to December 2009: SIMOPS Officer & QA/ QC Engineer.
• Coordination between Inspection Services, third part contractors and GIRASSOL SIMOPS • Shut down preparation & maintenance carry over: piping, gasket supplying, valves &
pressure vessels inspection, consignment plans for spading, flushing and opening prior to work.
• Preparation of the work permits for the shut downs: QA/QC & HSE reviewing.
• Various types of equipments: Desalters, Separators, Degasers, various types of filters, pumps, generators, Pressure valves, Shut down Valves, Blow Down Valves & Cranes.
• Type of nuances: Duplex, Super Duplex, stainless steel 304L, 316L, 321Lsi, carbon steel like API 5L, Low temperatures.
ACERGY: QA/ QC Manager for EXXON MOBIL Nigeria offshore projects from September 2007 to November 2008.
