This is an area that constantly has to change to new regulatory rules. I have 20+ years of Multi-Asset Investment Bank business experience. I have built an Operational Risk control framework within the Exchange traded Futures and Options business. For the past 10 years I have replicated that success by building an Operational Risk Control framework for the Prime Brokerage Margin & Risk business that has grown dramatically with not only the multi asset product offering and the complexities that brings, but also then the explosion of the client base and subsequent users of the global system. I built and staffed two teams, 3 people in London and 2 people in New York who reported to me. My teams gained internal and external audit passes annually, and we enabled the business to grow whilst maintaining control scalability.
