    Responsible for contracts, procurement and logistics planning and support to Phase 5, 5.5 and

    6/7 drilling campaigns, Offshore Gulf of Thailand. During 2012/2014 one (1) firm exploration wellis planned for Block B8/38 and six (6) commitment exploration wells and four (4) optional

    exploration/appraisal wells for Block G4/50. Bravo Platform Development. The new Bravo

    platform will further develop the main Bualuang field plus the adjacent Bualuang East Terrace.

    The platform will comprise of slots that will allow up to sixteen (16) new wells.

    Responsible for contracts, procurement and logistics planning and support to the 2010/2011

    Myanmar two (2) well offshore deep water exploration drilling program. This program was

    deferred.

    August 2006 - January 2009: Senior Contracts, Procurement & Logistics Specialist, Daewoo

    International Corporation (Myanmar E&P), Yangon, Myanmar

    Responsible for contracts, procurement and logistics planning and support to the 2006/2007 and

    2008/2009 Myanmar offshore deep water exploration programs. Coordinate full cycle

    procurement and contracting activities for all services and equipment supply for a three well and

    two well program utilising the Transocean Legend, Offshore Myanmar. Established logistics

    protocol and systems, supervised load-out of all equipment and manage day to day logistics

    inputs throughout the full contract cycle from development of enquiry documents, through bid

    evaluation, pre-award negotiations, preparation of contracts for execution, subsequent

    implementation and amendments.

    Manage on a day-to-day basis the contracts associated with drilling, engineering andproduction, including management of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), having regard totechnical and commercial requirements of the Company.

    Development, documentation and management of the contracts and procurement function forthe Company.

    Develop a system that flags all expenditures in a timely manner that are not authorised in themanner approved by the Management Committee.

    Develop, document and maintain an appropriate tender procedure in line with AS4120 that isrobust and can be rolled-out to Asset Managers and other relevant staff members.

    Develop, document and manage the procurement system (in conjunction with the financedepartment) to integrate with the accounting system.

    Develop a preferred vendors list (as required under ARCs Safety Case) in conjunction withHS&E Induction Procedures and the Finance Department.Develop the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and execute with the necessary vendors.Document, where appropriate, the logistics function for the Company.Coordinate the logistics function internally, working with the drilling department and the

    involved the construction of a US$500M greenfields fertilizer plant in Karratha, North West

    Australia.
