- Tracing and communicating with customers by telephone, SMS, Fax, email and when required visit customers to negotiate and provide amicable resolution of their delinquent accounts.
- Get customers to commit payment dates and make sure payment is done on time and ensure that customer understands the need to keep his obligation current and the consequences of any default.

- Ensure Daily call target is achieved and all calls updated in CWX (Collection System)
