Matter: Working experiences

In August 2001 I have worked as system operator in Center for Youth Ruše (set up and maintain computer network).



In September 2001 I have start working as a person on probation in Company Henkel Slovenija d.o.o. in Maribor, as Material Management disponent.

My responsibilities were:

- Create weekly plan,- Check for material and raw material production coverage,- issue production process order, - communication with production – regarding Capacity issues and Optimizing Production.

After probation period I have upgraded my work as material management disponent with additional Responsibilities:

- ordering raw and packaging material,- take care for contacts,- take care for optimal stock,- take care for production to run smoothly

In 2004 I have expanded my work as production process organizer.

My responsibilities were:

- take care for daily, weekly and yearly monitoring of production,- coordinate work between planners, disponents and independent technologist to ensure that there is

production running as smoothly as possible.

In 2006 I have upgraded my work as coordinator in Material Management where I was coordinator between Production Planners, Raw&Pack Disponents, Production and Affiliated Companies to ensure that Orders were fulfilled in proper Time and Quantity together with optimal planned Production.

During this time I have introduced in Maribor new program PFS+ (Process flow Scheduler), which is daily used for weekly and daily production planning.

I have PFS+ key user status. Key user status I had it also for MM-PP modules for Slovenia and Croatia.

Work of key user includes help for users with their daily problems and also works on administration rights fields. 3 – 4 times a year there were meetings regarding to MM-PP issues in HCEE (Henkel Central and Eastern Europe) area.

In January 2011 I have started working in Slovakia (town Levice) where is situated subcontractor Production Plant with following responsibilities:

- take care for Production Planning (introducing new Tool – PFS+),- taking care for Material coverage,- optimize Production Process,- Optimizing Material Ordering.

End of 2011/beginning in 2012 I have returned to Maribor where my Coordinator position was upgraded in “Team Leader” for Raw and Pack ordering. I was responsible for:

- Team of 25 Raw and Pack Planners,- Ordering materials for all Henkel Production Sites and External Production sites,- Optimizing stock of Raw and Pack on global level (approximately 1,5 Billions Pcs/yearly).

In May 2013 have change Position to Team Leader Finish Goods and Line Planning EU with Responsibilities for:

- Production Planning (fine Planning) for all Henkel Plants and externals (1,5 bn consumer units),- Optimizing Production Capacities.

- In March 2015 I was promoted to Material Management Manager. Responsibilities:

- Production Planning, - Logistic (Raw/Pack Warehouse),- Logistic (Finish Goods Warehouse), - Export to more than 20 destinations (in EU and 3rd countries (Custom)),- Transfer Warehouse (export to Balkan Counties),- Optimizing costs,- Optimizing production process,- Following different KPI’s- Reducing OOS (Out Of Stock) situations,….

In my new Team I’m responsible for 83 colleagues.

During my work at Henkel I also get knowledge about TPM/HPS Process and ISO Standards (I was coworker for internal judgments regarding ISO 9001). In 2012/2013 I was actively involved in introduction of new SAP version (Keyuser PTP) and currently on new Demands Planning tool (APO). All my positions includes detailed knowledge of Production and Production Processes.

In 2014 I was actively Involved in new Global Organization Change Process (Testing, reporting, Key user for Production Planning). In 2016 I’m actively involved in updating new Organization.
