  • Before applying It is more than ok to contact the company have good questions prepared (if not dont call) If possible direct your cover letter to a specific person in the company ask questions about the company - it shows initiative ask about things that were unclear/not mentioned in the job add
  • Examples of questions: do they recruit people with your educational background in the company? if yes, then for which positions? what kind of responsibilities do they have? which personal competences are important to have in the job?   • When applying be as precise and specific as possible describe why you are applying for a job in this company explain what you can do for them adjust your CV to be as relevant for the company as possible focus on what you can do not on what you cannot do follow-up within 3-5 days if you have not got a confirmation of receiving your application
