This is a compulsory procedure that is performed only once and that enables the company to perform import and export operations to its name. USD 400.

Internal logistics

Cherry of Patagonia

Cooperative of Integrated Cherry Producers (CHUBUT)

The packing plants have refrigeration equipment, preservation and classification system, and last generation sorting machines.

For better results, high technology is applied in the production through the systems of conduction in tatura, central axis and Spanish glass implanted in medium and high density, drip irrigation and frost control using the water spray method.

In 2016, 1150 tons were exported, for this year it is expected to exceed the volume of tons.

ElaborationThe clusters are selected manually. The fermentation is postponed to extract the maximum odor and color. They are vineyards of low production so that the fruit extract its best concentrate of aroma and colors. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel pools. The maceration in skins, for a period of 18 days at a controlled temperature, performing daily tasks of stamping, pumpovers and delestages, techniques that extract solids, varietal typologies, primary aroma and intensity of color. Natural malolactic fermentation.

Tasting NotesThe palate is round, with good concentration, balance and breadth. Denotes fineness in its enduring end. It is a ductile wine that can accompany di�erent dishes, such as pasta with soft or savory sauces, red meats, omelettes and soft cheeses. Deep with a vibrant series of sweet scent and ripe fruits, great bouquet.

Malbec provides a distinctive spice, harmonizing scent of ripe fruit and oak vanilla.

ElaborationOur wines The Padovana Joven, Syrah, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon wines are exclusive and with personality. That summarizes its intense varietal character and enrich the unique properties of our terroir, an area where the height and the thermal amplitude allow a maximum expression in smells and flavors.

Tasting NotesWith Padovana Joven we try to show the virtues of our vineyards. A high-end young varietal with scent of red fruits and a citric, delicate palate and structured memory shows us its aging power. Perfect wine to challenge the routine and get carried away by its scent, colors and flavors.

The Padovna JovenSyrah, Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon are exclusive and with personality.




Bueyes

Its name refers to the oxen with which our grandparents worked the vineyards, becoming an indispensable tool.

VineyardsIt is made with grapes from the Uco Valley. The vineyards are located in La Consulta, Department of San Carlos, Province of Mendoza, Argentina.The vineyard is led by trellises.


ElaborationIt is harvested in boxes of 18 kg. In the fourth week of April. Once in the fermentation stage, the wine undergoes several pumpovers and delestages. The wine resulting from the maceration is placed in contact with French oak (80%) and American oak (20%) where it remains for 24 months.

Tasting NotesGreat intensity, fire red with violet tints. In the mouth ripe tannins are perceived. Seductive and round. The nose perceive scent of bitter chocolate and soft toasted thanks to the barrel aging. Intensity of flavor and a long finish. The persistence of fruity and floral scent stands out, resulting in an elegant wine.

Patagonian Lamb

Frigorífico Hermoso is a company with a long history in the city of Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut, Patagonia, Argentina. Since its founding it pointed to growth based on the quality of its products, produced in its plant under the supervision of SENASA (National Service for Agri-Food Health and Quality).

Today, Frigorífico Hermoso is consolidated in the production and commercialization of the traditional Patagonian Lamb. Its high quality meat is according to the demands that the current consumer seeks: it is healthier, has a low cholesterol content and is recognized worldwide for its tenderness, mild flavor and special palatability.

The lambs come from Chubut and Santa Cruz, where the Patagonian steppe predominates, with a dry climate with an average annual rainfall of 150 mm. They are raised at the foot of their mother in extensive pastoral systems without the use of herbicides and fertilizers. The forage availability is poor, and the sheep graze freely supplying a balanced diet from di�erent shrubbery species to raise their lambs with milk.

These production characteristics showed, in di�erent researches carried out, that lamb meat produced in Patagonia, under these particular natural grazing systems, have very low contents of intramuscular fat with high levels of polyunsaturated fats which is related to low levels of cholesterol.

The history of the Refrigerator goes back to the year 1947 when Antonio Luis Hermoso began his activity as a butcher to open a slaughterhouse soon after.

In 1968 his son Carlos Alberto joined the company and began the construction of the Refrigerator in the industrial district of the city of Comodoro Rivadavia.

In 1975 the facilities of the establishment were extended incorporating the first freezing tunnel.In 1979 a modification of the slaughterhouse was carried out, in order to comply strictly with the sanitary hygienic norms that Decree 4238/68, Regulation of products inspections, by-products and derivatives of animal origin of SENASA dictated for this purpose.

In 1985 SENASA authorized the plant for the slaughter and federal tra�c of sheep and cattle. The qualification was recently obtained to export lamb meat with Halal rite to countries of the Middle East and North Africa.

The box contains one patagonian lamb, 9 kg of the best meat in the world.
