SYSTEM OVERVIEWALX-Digital Signage Systems provide complete solutions for creation, distribution and management of nearly any content, which is displayed in a flexible multi-window layout on various types of displays or display groups. Main application with the advantage of instant change and impact is the dynamic messaging of informations for visitors and employees of congress centers, parliament, museums, universities, corporations, airports and other public areas. Based on its modular design the ALX-System is scalable to size and performance of any project according to customer requirements.
ALX-Systems consist of one or more Editor-PC´s for content creation and system management, a server with database and an unlimited number of display controller. For interconnection a network is used, which can be LAN, WLAN, WAN, Internet/Intranet (VPN/xDSL), Cable, Satellite or any combination of these services. The systems can be seamless integrated into existing IT-infrastructures.
ALX-Systems can be operated manually, semi- or fully-automatic by integrated sequencing tools, import facilities for external data and a free programmable scheduler. High system reliability and availability is achieved by construction measures, built-in diagnostics and remote service facilities.

ALX-Systems feature customized screen layouts with multiple windows of any size and position as shown above. Content: any combination of standard multimedia elements like text, pictures, graphics, scrolling text and pictures, RichText, RSS-Feeds, MPEG-2/-4, WindowsMedia, AVI, Flash, Streaming Video, PowerPoint, TV, Data/XML-Import, Date, Realtime Clock. A simple, intuitive system operation is achieved by clear design.

Self-contained, fanless Display Controller for LCD- and Plasma-Displays providing drivers for all currentdisplay resolutions. Connecting facilities for network, USB, RS232 and for two displays, e.g. one DVI and asecond one, independent DVI or VGA output. Integrated DVB-T Tuner optional. Small, stable metal cabinetwith built-in wide-range power supply.
