    The FA recognises the vital importanceo supporters to our national game.We know that it is only by talkingto you directly that we can hope tounderstand your opinions and needson how we can continue to make thisgame we all love better or everyoneinvolved.     Everyone at The FA acknowledgesthe act that all ootball ans have theright to make their views heard and weopenly seek your eedback. We aim toensure that at all times our complaintshandling process is air to everyone,ensuring all views are heard and takeninto account in a balanced way. Wealso collate eedback that we receiveon customer issues which enables usto monitor particular concerns andwork with the relevant departmentswithin The FA to respond eectivelyto individual cases and assess any

    relevant uture change o policy.

    With the majority o emails that wereceive, we will try to ensure thatyou receive a response within 5working days o receipt. For lettercorrespondence, we target a 10working day response time.

    FANThe Football Association Number(FAN) is a unique reerence or everyindividual involved in ootball (player,coach, reeree, administrator, volunteer,parent, spectator). Created as parto The FAs Customer RelationshipManagement strategy, FAN is uniyingall the existing membership schemesand administration systems toultimately provide a single view o anindividuals involvement in ootball andinteractions with The FA. Supporterswho currently hold FANs are able to

    use it to access customised servicesvia TheFA.com as well as additionalbenets, such as the purchase o ticketsor England games, shopping online,access to special promotions etc.

    englandans is the ofcial Englandsupporters club. Membership operateson a tournament-to-tournament basis.The 2010-2012 membership startedon 12 July 2010 and will expire on 1July 2012.

    To cater or dierent supporterspreerences, englandans has twomembership categories:

    englandans GOLD: For ans wantingtickets to home and away games,plus access to tickets or tournamentsinvolving England.

    englandans SILVER: For ans wantingaccess to tickets or England homegames in advance o the generalpublic sale.

    Members receive the ollowingkey benets:

    Priority ticket booking or all Englandhome matches and access ormembers o englandans GOLD totickets or England away matches,including the UEFA Euro 2012.

    Ticket-price discounts or homegames at Wembley Stadium (5or adults and 2.50 or c hildren),

    provided tickets are purchased inthe members priority sale period.

    Exclusive members-only access togain entry to events attended byEngland management and players,such as England training sessions.Junior members are able to enter acompetition to be a Player Escortat England home matches.

    Access to lots o other englandans-only benets, such as a permanent15% discount on all merchandisebought at the ofcial Englandonline store and exclusive oersrom FA commercial partners.

    One o our main priorities hasalways been to ensure that as manysupporters as possible get thechance to access tickets to Englandsaway matches. Tickets or our awaymatches are only sold to ully vettedenglandans GOLD members and

    are allocated using our own loyalty(caps) system.

    In addition to these xtures, TheFA is also responsible or The FAWomens Cup Final, Womens Englandinternationals and England mensUnder-21 and Youth internationals.In each instance tickets or thesematches are sold via the host venue.

    Tickets or FA matches involvingdomestic club sides (The FA Cup,The FA Community Shield, The FAVase and The FA Trophy) are sold bythe participating clubs, although thepricing policy and guidelines are setby The FA.

    The Football FamilyThis group consists o the clubsparticipating in The FA Cup, CountyFAs, sponsors and the ootballauthorities. All o these groupsparticipate in the running o the gameat all levels across the country. Byallocating tickets to FA Competitionsalong with England home matches,we are thanking them or their tirelesswork in developing and promotingootball at all levels.

    Disabled TicketingThe FAs Customer Relations Team selltickets or England matches to disabled

    supporters with a FAN. The hotline orthese tickets: 0845 458 1966

    Ticket Reund PolicyIn the event o an FA xt ure beingpostponed in advance o kick-o,ticket holders will be entitled to reeadmission to any re-arranged match ora ull reund. I a match is abandonedater kick-o, ticket holders are entitledto ree entry to a rescheduled xture ora partial reund.

    All reunds are issued in line withThe FAs Terms and Conditions,ull details o which can be oundon TheFA.com or by calling TheFA Customer Relations team. Anycustomer with a complaint about theirexperience at an FA match should alsocontact The FAs Customer Relationsteam. To protect genuine ans TheFAs Legal Department, along with ourCustomer Relations team, carry outextensive monitoring work to preventFA match tickets being sold throughunauthorised channels, especiallyinternet auction sites. Tickets

    appearing or sale on such websitesare removed rom sale and whereappropriate, action may be takenagainst both the seller and the agent.
