Because of persistence shown by you we were able to go live so quickly on these projects. My initial impression about the BT was that it is a very slow organization and nothing can push them to speed things up. But the kind of cooperation and support you gave us, even though we were not your immediate customer, clearly proved me wrong and the team was really delighted to work with you. On our frequent interaction with you, sometimes even at odd hours of the day, you were always keen on helping us out. The issue of temporary number for UK as a stop gap solution is just a case in point where this was done in exactly a day’s time. You did best whatever was within your control. What was heartening was the fact that you never, even once, gave the impression (on our so frequent interactions every day) that the commitment of go-live dates on these projects was VFS’s sole responsibility. You were equally concerned about the stringent timelines committed by us to the HCI in UK and France. Your positive attitude and visible efforts are highly appreciated by our team here in the VFS. I am planning a trip to Delhi next week and would like to personally meet and thank you for all the efforts you have taken. Wish you all the best.
