Our Pusher Spring Solutions

Constant Force Springs, or constant tension springs, offer high force output with a very small space requirement. Constant Force Springs provide long linear reach with minimal force buildup and store power indefinitely when extended. These are typically used on cosmetic and tobacco displays, where the overall product weight does not vary from a stocked to a fully shopped tray.

V-Springs deliver dependable variable force to precisely match increased or decreased force requirements. As each product is removed, the V-Spring reduces force, giving minimal push when a display is nearly empty. These springs are engineered by Vulcan Spring to push light products, as well as very heavy packaged products, such as frozen foods, beverages and personal hygiene items.

Plastic scrolls are printed with numbers, letters or words to quickly communicate product information and messages to consumers. Plastic scrolls can be created in a variety of widths and lengths for attractive and informative displays.

Our Security Tether Solutions

The versatile and dependable PULLBOX® line of retractable tethers sets the standard for proven performance and customizable options. The retractable tethers are used most often for POP security, product positioning, product feeding and signage support.

The PULLBOX® Alarm is a battery-operated alarm attachment for the PULLBOX® line of retractable tethers that provides optimal product security. The alarm adapts to three of the PULLBOX® exits for maximum flexibility and will trigger if the PULLBOX® cable is cut.

An equally effective yet smaller solution for product positioning, the VS-1 can be mounted on the inside or outside of a display as a functional and aesthetic component of an effective POP presentation. The VS-1 is available in multiple colors to blend in with any display and can be mounted using double-sided tape or a screw for a 360° swivel.

The MiniVS is slightly larger than a quarter yet contains up to 36” of nylon-covered steel cable. The wide cable slot allows for maximum design flexibility and easy recoil. The cable’s ball end-fitting accommodates a wide range of available fasteners, increasing the tether’s versatility and simplifying installation.

The PULLBOX® Line Additional OptionsCABLE OUTLETS

Available cable outlet options for the PULLBOX® line and VS-1 include the End (Y), Center (Z) and Side (X) exits. The top exit is available for the PULLBOX® only. The best performance and lifespan are achieved when the cable is extended straight out of the box.

COLORS & OTHER OPTIONS

Black or white boxes available for the PULLBOX® line. Colored boxes and cables are available with minimum quantity requirements. Double-sided adhesive tape can be applied to the box upon request.
