    Curve setting out calculation in CDS

    1. Create a new file to start a job. New the dialog box will appear New Job Ok.

    2. Then, add point into CDS. Click Points Add Points and the add box will appear. Key in

    the coordinate the click Ok.

    Key in all the coordinate of points needed and the pointwill display on the screen.

    Insert the number of point Show Apply Finish. Theline/string willshown.

    3. Add string to show the line joining the points. Strings Add the box will appear.

    4. To show the bearing and distance for the particular strings.

    String string Attributes Check the box bearing and distance Ok.

    5. By using COGO Curves IP & Radius, the curve of the road can be calculated. Keyin the bearing in and bearing out and also radius of the curve.

    Note: Do the same procedures to all IP point to create the curves.
