veterinarians in Alexandria where he presented a number of lectures

about food poisoning and safety of meat and fish and also about avian

flu , swine flu , foot-and-mouth disease and lumpy skin . This also

increases product and consumer awareness as well as veterinarians in

the health status of fish , meat and animal products and the way deal

with the meat of infected animals and birds, 2008 up till now.

Participation in a number of Central Delta Radio programs in Tanta for

guidance and increased health awareness among citizens as well as

producer and consumer health treatment of meat , fish and animal

products. This also increases the awareness of the importance and

seriousness of these foods and also with some animal diseases such

as foot-and-mouth disease Brucellosis, tuberculosis, lumpy skin, three-

day fever and other diseases and how to deal with the meat of those

animals, since 2005 up till now.

(Ability to Achieve and Manage Development):

Rehabilitation of the Food Safety and Nutrition Laboratory, Faculty of

Veterinary Medicine Damanhour University for accreditation by the

National Council for Accreditation ,International Laboratory

Accreditation Committee (ILAC) in accordance with ISO 17025: 2005

for the efficiency of testing and calibration of laboratories for

accreditation. The laboratory has been adopted in a number of 8

programs, 4 microbiological programs and 4 programs in chemical tests

on 19/6/2014 .It obtained accreditation from the National Council for

Accreditation and International Recognition from the International

Accreditation Organization.

Qualifying several companies working in the field of food production for

accreditation (14 companies), applying quality systems, food safety and

the environment as well as training the employees of these companies

on these systems (certificate attached)

The faculty obtained the ISO 9001: 2008 on 30/5/2015, the first faculty

in Damanhour University that obtained that certificate.

1- Laboratory of Veterinary Medicine University, Vienna, Austria 1995-1997:

University Veterinary Medicinein Vienna .Meat Hygiene,Meat Technology and

other foods lab.

He studied bacteriological changes in protein during the storage of poultry

meat using modern bacteriological methods, as well as modern chemical

methods such as quantifying the amount of bio-amines using the high

performance liquid chromatography HPLC, as well as determining

the amount of ammonia using an electronic ammonia device in addition to

determining the proportion of non-protein nitrogen source materials as well

as the use of electrolysis of each of the cytoblasm Mayovifer protein to

determine its safety by using methods such as : Zone

Electrophoresis(NZE), Isoelectric focusing

electrophoresis(IEF),Sodiumdodecyl sulphate electrophoresis(SDS-

PAGE).

Detection of pesticide residues, antibiotics, hormones, nitrophores and

green malachite in food, vegetables and feed.

2- Department of Food Science of Animal Origin laboratory, Faculty of

Veterinary Medicine, United Kingdom (England) 1997.

He worked in projects to recognize ways to get rid of pollution of poultry

and other meat by using steam under pressure, lactic acid and acetic acid.

He worked with Dr. Hanet of Korea and Dr. Favbat Allen in the project

"Studies to identify the critical points of infection of live birds or the

contamination of chicken slaughters of the camylobacter and

Salmonella. As well as molecular classification and identification

methods for these two microorganisms

Worked on research project entitled: "Studies to identify critical points for

infection of live birds or contamination of poultry carcasses with

Campylobacter and Salmonella species". And also some molecular typing

and identification methods of these two pathogens.

He examined samples of broiler chicken from the farms as well as from

the abattoirs to detect the cambilobacter microbe and also participated in

experiments that measure the effect of drying and cooling on the growth of

the cambilobacter, as well as the colonic eucalyptus microbes in broiler

chickens as well as

experiments to devise rapid ELISA (Enzyme-Linked immunosorbant assay)

for detecting Campylobacter spp. In chicken cecal contents. In addition to I

examined spoiled raw-vacuum package meat in order to determine the cause

of spoilage by using PCR.
