Additionally, my research interests include nuclear non-proliferation studies, nuclear

security, nuclear terrorism and global nuclear disarmament. Also closely follow

India’s nuclear weapons policy, and issues related to nuclear security and nuclear

global disarmament. I also take a keen interest on issues involving bio-terrorism and

chemical terrorism and have written and published on these issues.

As Associate Fellow in the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, I have

completed my first fellowship on the threat of nuclear terrorism and radiological

terrorism in India. I have published a monograph on the basis of my research proposal

titled In IDSA, “Challenges and Opportunities of the Global Nuclear Security

System” in IDSA as part of my fellowship period. Additionally, my research agenda

includes the following

issues relating to nuclear testing and nuclear non-proliferation issues

particularly with reference to the NPT Review Conferences

published and made presentations including a paper - Nuclear Terrorism and

UN Resolution 1540: A South Asian Perspective at the Conference on

York in October 2009
