Transmission Lines for New Lahore 500kV/220kV Substation.

Responsibilities: Providing full time supervision, inspection, testing and surveillance of all activities and
giving expert advices on technical, planning and quality issues to ensure Client that all contractual & technical projects requirements are being met at sites
Project Scope: In & out arrangement of 500kV and 220kV transmission lines at New Lahore
500kV/220kV Substation. Project contains two 500kV, two 220kV overhead transmission lines & one 500kV/220kV substation. The sections for In & Out arrangements of 500kV transmission lines shall be on double circuit 500kV towers with quad bundle configuration per phase, ACSR “Drake” conductor having two overhead shield wires, i.e.one is EHS and other is OPGW. The section for in & out arrangements of 220kVtransmission lines shall be on double circuit 220kV towers/poles with twin bundle configuration per phase, ACSR “RAIL” conductor having one overhead OPGW

Following are my duties and responsibilities in above ongoing project as an Electrical Engineer
Preparing Monthly Progress report for the subject projects. Preparing IPC (Civil Works) Invoices. Managing the Import of Project Material under Letter of Credit, from China, Austria & Croatia to
Pakistan. Coordinate with Logistics Providers for freight and Custom Clearance in order to make the
Delivery of Imported material and machinery smooth and secure, from the port of loading to port of destination and then to the Project Site.
Assisting Electrical Design Works for design submittal, approval, clarification, make necessary.
Inspection of Assembly & Erection of 500Kv Latticed Steel Towers.
Developing and launching the Request for Inspection (RFI) to Consultant. Liaison with Consultant from NTDC, design office of NESPAK, Construction Manager and
Purchasing Officer from time to time in regards to updated status of fittings and placing purchasing requests as required.
