I tried to facilitate an interface between an education system, which limits itself on

account of its inbuilt specification, and the universe of discourse located beyond the

converging margins into a horizon of liberating possibilities, by offering a perspective

beyond university education to the students and to challenge and rejuvenating the

creative pursuits of the teachers. We invited people of ideas and excellence from a

diversity of occupation; writers, activists, scientists, law makers, film makers, social

scientists, philosophers, politicians, journalists to interact with our students and

teachers. The intensity of their personalities lingered much after the interactions were

over leading and guiding the young impressionable minds in forging their futuristic

directions.
