1- I am conducting a research under the title of (Isolation and Characterization of
Agrobacterium phages).
2- In parallel, I have isolated many Rhizobium and Bradyrhizobium strains from
different Egyptian legum Plants and now, I am carrying out some molecular
identification for these isolates.
3- Also, conducting a research under the title of (Isolation and Molecular
Characterization of Pseudomonas sp.).
4- In addition, I have isolated a Chitinolytic bacterium, and the molecular
characterization of this isolate is under processing.

I learned during my study in Japan many molecular techniques and I have been skilled

1- Basics Techniques of Microbiology (Bacteriology).
2- Bacterial isolation and identification using biochemical characters as well as
molecular characterization using 16S rRNA gene and ITS region.
3- Extraction of Genomic DNA as well as Gel Electrophoresis method.
4- Polymerase Chain Reaction Assay (PCR).
5- Molecular Cloning.
6- Sequence Analysis (DNASTAR, Lasergene Package)
7- Creation of phylogenetic trees using some computer programs, Pairwise
alignment methods, Multiple sequence alignment,
