Brief description:
Projectmanager for a big investment project for manufacturing of wheel
suspension parts for the BMW 5 and 7 series and the new Rolls Royce to be
introduced in 2017. This is for BAI the biggest project done ever for one
particular product.
Set up of the production line, consisting of six robotic cells, including high
pressure Aluminium die cast molds and trimming presses.
Automatic handling system for Rontgen testing and Heat treatment of the
parts.
Negotiating with suppliers and responsible for the construction of the
production line.

Brief description:
Projectmanager for the project ZapSib2 in Tobolsk, Russia. This contains the
scope of Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing for the delivery of one
Low Pressure Boiler and three High Pressure Boilers.
The project is postponed by buyer Linde LE Munich from 2016 into 2017, this
because of other priorities set by endcustomer Sibur, part of GazProm, due to
decreased oil and gas prices.
An other project, PagBilao, is also slowed down by the buyer, based on this
NEM is faced with an overcapacity in Projectmanagement.

Brief description:
o Projectmanager for the business stream Energy Inspections Service Line
o Projectmanagement for new constructions/expansion/modification of pressure
systems, mainly steam systems but also gas systems and turn arounds on
petro chemical plants.
o Projects are performed cf pressure system appraisal such as DIN/RToD/EN
13480 or ASME B31.3.

Brief description:
Technical responsible for Waste Incinerator Plant, Thermal Conversion
Installation, Composting Installations and buildings.
Responsible for availability of the incinerator Lines, in the period of 1996-2005
the overall availability is increased from 84% to 92% due to a methodical
approach and Root Cause Analysis of the Performance killers.
Indirectly managing of 24 own Maintenance personnel in the disciplines
mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
Direct managing of teamleaders, work preparators, maintenance engineers
and CAD engineer.
Responsible for maintenance purchases, services, materials and temporary
personnel.
Projects in the field of strategic purchasing in cooperation with Shared
Service Center at Pernis.
Examples: high volume purchase of iron casting parts, item prices of
refractory components, supplier contracts for scaffolding and steampipe
isolation.
Point of contact for NoBo Lloyd’s Register for periodical inspections and shut
down and start up of installation areas.
Control of maintenance budget for external order processing.

New built investment budget approx. . € 8 M per year.

Sharing of best practices with the maintenance managers of Rozenburg and
Brielselaan Rotterdam.
Implementing of maintenance management system MP5 (which has replaced
API pro), MP5 is linked to the Oracle production control system.
Familiar with the maintenance approach according TPM and RCM and the
Six Sigma theory.
Familiar with MS Projects and PRIMAVERA.
Acts as Construction Manager during turn arounds during planning phase and
execution as well.
Originally two shut downs per line took place, based on a preventive
maintenance approach this is reduced to one shut down a year.
This results in a availability Improvement from 84% to 92%.
Depending on scope, the duration of the shut down is between two to ten
weeks.
Turn around budget per shut down is between € 400 K up to € 3 M .
Labour force in a shut down is approx. up to 200 persons.
