2. Awarded "excellent" in student teaching during the survey conducted by the faculty medical education unit on medical students of different grades in 1996.

3. Participated in lecturing for the surgical FRCS course held from January 30th to February 18th, 1993.

4. Interested in the fields of Prostatic diseases, Paediatric Urology, Stone disease & ESWL, Andrology & Male infertility and Infectious diseases of the genitourinary tract..

5. In April 1988, I shared in establishing and operating the ESWL unit (Siemen's Lithostar) at king Abdul-Aziz University Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.


6. Member of the Infection Control Committee at King Abdulaziz University Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, 1991-1996 and shared in the preparation of the hospital manual.

7. In November 1993, I established the concept of performing Trans-rectal ultrasonography by the Urologists in the university hospital in Jeddah and I perform this procedure routinely for the diagnosis and management of prostatic diseases

8. In October 1995 I established the Urology department in the United Doctors Hospital including a third generation Siemens Multiline ESWL unit.

9. Member of several administrative committees in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.

10. Reviewed several urological papers on the behalf of the Saudi Medical Journal.

12. In 1997, I shared in establishing and operating the ESWL unit (Dornier unit-50) at the new king Abdul-Aziz University Medical Centre Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
