Work Experience - 2013-2014 and 2015- 2018: Director of the Language Center-The Hashemite University Zarqa, Jordan Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitored and organized all language proficiency on-line tests for students and reported
them to the University administration.
- Appointed and worked with language program coordinators for all language programs.
- Organized and monitored the language proficiency tests for Graduate students with both
the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutes-
heac-and the Hashemite University
- Coordinated the Foreign language programs teaching policy and course design formats
in accordance with the University academic regulations and the related embassies in
Amman.
- Review and Assess the courses ad programs offered in the language center on a yearly
basis
- Worked with faculty of Academic development and International outreach for further
collaboration for Quality Assurance and Accreditation procedures for the courses offered
in the language center.

- Established and maintained the proper implementation of the Higher National English
Exam Committee in the public universities
- Trained the Higher National English Exam implementation teams in the universities

- Use blended learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and
audio exercises, readings, case studies, and demonstrations of required skills through work
related tasks in accordance with the KU guidelines.

Research Interests
I specialize in the cross-linguistic study of the morphosyntactic representation of
the "Defaultness" patterns, I am also investigating the mechanism of
"Grammaticalization" as represented in the morphosyntactic and morphological
awareness elements in Jordanian as well as Modern Standard Arabic. I am also
working on TEFL and TESOL framework and their cross linguistic implications.
