INTERNATIONAL HONORBecause of the extensive esperience in the field of meat factories and slaughterhouses, chosen by FAO as an International Consultant and Abattoir Engineer.Was assigned with the study for the modernization of all the abattoirs of Armenia. Have worked in Armenia regarding the project for 2 months where the selection for the suitable areas and the study for the construction of new abattoirs were made.

Also was assigned to review the study for 13 types of slaughterhouses (equipment, plans of buildings and electro-mechanical facilities and report) that concern the Asia-Pacific region with special conditions of slaughtering (classic, HALA, etc.).

7. SOCIOPOLITICAL ACTIVITYWas elected Prefectural Consultant of the Pogoni Province of Ioannina and was involved with the resolution of this area’s problems for 4 consecutive years (1991-1995).

Served as a Consultant of the University Hospital Board for 3 years (1991-1994).

Ishte caktuar për projektin e studimit të modernizimit të të gjitha thertorve të Armenisë. Ka punuar në Armeni në lidhje me këtë projekt për 2 muaj ku u bë përzgjedhja e zonave të përshtatshme dhe studimi për ndërtimin e thertoreve të reja.Është caktuar gjithashtu që të shqyrtoj studimin në 13 lloje thertoresh (për pajisjet, planimetrit e ndërtesave dhe objekteve elektromekanike, si dhe raporti) që kanë të bëjnë me rajonin Azi-Paqësor me kushtet e veçanta të therjes (klasike, Hala, etj).

7. VEPRIMTARIA SOCIO-POLITIKPër 4 vjet rresht (1991-1995) është zgjedhur këshilltar prefekture në krahinën e Pogoni-t në Janinë dhe ka qenë i përfshirë në zgjidhjen e problemeve të zonës së tij. 1. History

This company was established in 1976 at first as personal venture (Mantos Kolempas, mechanical-electrical engineer) and continued as KOLEMPAS S.A or NEODOM S.A (commercial and construction companies).

The more special activities of our company was:

• Electric and mechanical engineering facilities of many big buildings (schools, banks, stations, stadiums, ports etc.).

• Special facilities of hospital theatres and health centers.• Pumping station for domestic and agricultural use.• Little settlement with all the facilities.• Waste water treatment system.• Slaughterhouses and meat factory facilities delivered fully operaional

(buildings, equipment, facilities).

In an effort to extend the activities and improve the quality of the works and services in Albania, it was established in the year 2012 the company Eurohitech Sh.p.k which is specialised in the construction of slaughterhouses, meat industries and general electro-mechanical and steel works.

Eurohitech Sh.p.k has been certified by TÜV Austria (ISO 9001) and specialized for:

The group has been involved in various fields as follow:

5.1. OLYMPIAN CONSTRUCTIONS INCOur company, OLYMPIAN CONSTRUCTIONS INC. Has constructed one of the largest and best technical projects in Russia (Kemerovo of Siberia). It has undertaken and constructed a comprehensive village in a lot of 700.000 m2, consisting of 306 cottages, a shopping mall spreading 3.000 m2, a sports center of 2.500 m2, a nursery of 1.000 m2, a church, playgrounds etc. including infrastructure (drinking water - sewage - electric supply - lighting) and roads. Construction started in 1993 and finished in 2000 (unfavorable weather condition forcing us to work for 6 months) and it is still in full operation and in very good condition. The budget of the project was 90.000.000 USD. Russians now refer to it as the “Greek Village“ in honor of the Greek constructors.

5.2. NEODOM S.A.Our company “NEODOM S.A.“, which was founded in 2000 with a capital of 500.000,00 €, constructs buildings (consideration etc.) mainly in Greece. It is also involved in tourist facilities and enterprises and specialized in the construction of slaughterhouses.

Complete machine works with all the instruments, tools and apparatus for steel prefabrication and working (welding machine, cutting machines, presses, drills, etc.).
