CURRICULUM VITAE

Ali Seman, Ph.D "Ali Seman holds a Ph.D in Computer

Science/Bioinformatics from Universiti Teknologi MARA,

Malaysia (UiTM) in 2013. He has 23 years working

experience including 8 years in industry and 15 years in

academic. In the industry, he held various positions;

ranging from subordinates up to managerial levels. He is

currently a Senior Computer Science lecturer at Faculty of

Computer and Mathematical Sciences, Universiti Teknologi

MARA, (UiTM), Shah Alam. His interest includes algorithms

and optimization, particularly in the area of clustering and

classification. He has so far completed three national

research grants awarded by Ministry of Higher Education

Malaysia as the Principle Investigator and currently

received two new grants. He has also published more than

13 international publications in ISI/Scopus journals,

ranging from Q1-Q4 journals and proceedings as the

main/corresponding author. He has also been appointed as

reviewers for several Q1-Q4 journals”
