EXPERIENCE:
-From 2011 – 2012: Be a private teacher for high school students.
-From Feb to May, 2013: Have an internship at Nhabe garment corporation – joint
stock company in the following positions:
o Documentary staff: Be able to arrange for import – export documents such
as B/L, C/O, P/L, INVOICE…
o Customs declaration staff: declare on the internet to the customs and
perform the customs formalities.
o Sales staff: arrange to buy the goods from the domestic suppliers and sell
them to the oversea business partners; find out the new customer.
- From Apr, 2014 to Sep, 2016: Work at Swift Freight Logistics Co., Ltd in the
following positions:
o Handling shipping documents for inbound shipments and Outbound
shipments (FCL, LCL)
o To be responsible and contact with customers/shipping lines, air lines
and agents when there are the shipments arrive
o Check and verify documents and update to relevant parties
o Follow the ETA of shipment and submit EMNF on time
o Contact and send A/N for customer
o Arrange plan delivery from Vietnam to Cambodia and plan empty to
come back Vietnam
o Resolve problems with shipments as amend EMNF, check status of
damaged container.
o Contact with shipper and arrange plan to load cargo
o Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries
o Dealing with shipping lines, co-loaders, agency, sub-contractors to
obtain best buying rates
o Make expense and send to agency
