13. Adina Mihailescu, 2018, participation in the information seminar organized by the
Fair Wear Foundation under the title social dialogue, the key facilitator of sustainable
business that took place on 25 April 2018 at the headquarters of the unions of Vaslui
municipality. The aim of the seminar was to bring together producers and other relevant
social actors from Romania with representatives of international value-added chains
from the textile, clothing, leather, leather and footwear industry. The intention is to
facilitate exchanges of experience from ideas, tools and concrete mechanisms of
cooperation to improve working conditions between all categories of social partners. By
the theme chosen for the seminar we launch a challenge: Profit or decent working
conditions? Why not Profit and decent working conditions?
