Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily document control operations and coordinate site correspondence. Maintain a filing system identified by a simple coding system to obtain required documents within a short

time. Archive all contractual documentation; prepare updated status for project transmittal condition and

highlighting the delayed items. Work with all types of documents such as transmittal forms, material inspection request forms, work

inspection request forms, request for information forms, etc. Perform daily checks on all documents uploaded into EDMS; ensure all documents are properly uploaded

and submitted to consultant. Perform follow-up and review of open items with various trades as directed by the General Manager. Ensure all documents have no errors in filenames, revisions and document status prior to submission. Distribute documents accordingly as per document distribution matrix and maintain an internal and external

registry. Maintain easy retrieval system for all project documents. Ensure all documents are checked and submitted on time prior to submission due date.. Establish retrieval system in obtaining required information through network. Maintain original and electronic documents; keep all superseded revisions. Establish and maintain an effective filing and archiving system for keep intact all the documents and files in
