Experience

Professor of Performing Arts - Savannah College of Art and Design - 2014 - 2015 As an adjunct, I teach the Voice I course for undergraduate Performing Arts majors focusing on learning foundational vocal techniques and creating personal vocal warmups. Other responsibilities include: Vocal coaching department and graduate thesis productions, directing the freshman lab production, serving on thesis committees, and recruiting for the department.

Associate Editor, The VASTA Voice - 2014 This includes coordinating publication with the editor, soliciting articles from the Board and VASTA membership, and editing articles for clarity, content, and format. View current editions at VASTA.org by selecting The Voice under publications.

Moderator, Savannah Film Festival - 2013, 2014 As part of the film moderator team, I introduced films, guided short talkbacks with filmmakers, and worked as a mic runner/screener for bigger panels with audience involvement.

Graduate Mentor, SCAD Graduate Mentor Program - 2012 - 2014 I worked as a tutor/mentor for undergraduate students on issues from class material and time management to interpersonal communication and professional planning. Acting and Voice Coach - 2011 - present As a coach, I work with clients on auditions, text work, character analysis, dialects, and voice and speech production.
