“Reasonable Limitations on Enrollment”

Recent Legal Opinion:If a community college decides to limit

enrollment to a cohort of students, a majority of the course sections offered need to be left for open enrollment.

In other words…If one section is limited to a cohort

students, there must be at least two sections open to all students.
