RESPONSIBILITES 

 Accountable for preparing Weld plans, WPS, PQR WPQ, NDT plan, seam

-

wise checklist, TPI check list. 

  Responsible for stage wise inspection like material identification, marking cutting, fit-

up, final weld visual, dimension check up, hydro test, Leak test etc.  

  SNT-TC-1A NDT level II in MT,PT,UT & RT 

  Review & witness of all NDE procedures with authorised inspectors . 

  Work Instructions and Quality Plans as required and issue as per the Subcontractor

Quality System Procedures. 

  Interacting & coordinating with Clients for Quality parameters. 

  Monitoring production, keeping control over activities and analyzing processes for

stabilization thereby ensuring smooth operations. 

 Review subcontractors welding procedures and ensure compliance to the Clientspecification (pre-heat,PWHT, inter pass-temperature, hardness, mechanical test etc.) 

  Accountable for Project Coordination, Inspection co ordination and back up office support

& Management support etc 

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:-

Involved in preparation and implementation

  Inspection and test plan (ITP) 

 QC Procedures and method statement for job execution. 

 Coordination with client, representatives, third party inspectors, ASME authorized

Inspector, suppliers for inspection requirements of the project.. 

  Handled various NDT responsibilities. 

  Review of project requirement and NDT activities.

  Witnessed the NDT activities & review the RT-films and other NDT Reports.   Review of NDE test records and check compliance with agreed procedures and

acceptability of the defects. 

  Raw material inspection (identification of all components and welding consumable). 

  Incoming goods inspection of raw material and Review the MTC as per project &

applicable specification. 

 Monitoring the all material handling & preservation activities. 

  Witnessing the all material testing as per the standard & review the documents.

From this we recognized that, this refrigerator overcomes the disadvantage of

conventional refrigerator. Presented at IIT Bombay

2. Recent trends in heat exchanger:

Heat exchanger should be designed in this way that it provides maximum heat

transfer.

PROJECT WORK

Augmentation of heat transfer through pipe by using internally threaded fins with varying

pitch". 

Basically this project deals with thermodynamics & heat transfer. We have concentrated on

number of thread that has to increases the efficiency & reduce the thermal boundary layer formationfrom inside surfaces.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Participated in ASME certification audits for U,stamps and ISO -stamping .Effectively done Preparation and implementation of Quality Manual for Raj process equipment and

system pvt ltd .
