CURRENT VACANCY We are currently seeking applications from suitably experienced candidates for the following post: Job Title: Bars/Lounge Staff Job Type: Full Time Permanent, 35 hours per week, 5 shifts out of 7 Reference Number: 19STOR/27 Closing Date: Friday 13 th March 2020 at 12 noon Brief Description: To work in the hotels three bars and lounge area when required. Serving food and beverages to customers in line with four star service delivery requirements. Ensuring customer areas are set up for service in line with guest requirements. Preparing and dispensing beverages as requested by guests, maintaining high standards of presentation. Maintaining cleanliness and service presentation at all times. Essential Requirements: Educated to GCSE Level standard with minimum GCSE Grade C passes in English and Math’s or equivalent. Must have previous experience in a food and/or beverage service role or similar. Demonstrable customer awareness with a passion to deliver excellent customer service and a welcoming manner. Ability to work within a team. High standards of attention to detail. Excellent verbal communication skills. Desirable Requirements: Relevant Hospitality qualification.
