the east and the U.P.R.R. line to the west
The CEQA Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration is expected to be
published for public review in July, 2017.

The City is annexing approximately 500 acres generally bounded by the City’s sphere of influence
boundary to the north, east and west, by the easterly property line of the parcel located approximately
1,235 feet west of McKenzie Road, by the U.P.R.R. line to the west and by Twin Cities Road to the south
(and including the properties designated as commercial on the City’s General Plan Land Use Map
on the south side of Twin Cities Road and west of Highway 99).
The City’s CEQA consultant is
preparing the required 35% AQMP and GHG Reduction Plan. Completion
is expected late in 2017.
