BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT Texas State Entrepreneurial Network has developed Business Plan Development workshops starting this spring semester 2021. Participants can do the self-paced online version and/or attend one of 3 all day workshops (April, May, June). These 1-day workshops will provide hands on development of business plans for businesses at any development stage. For participants completing all Modules, in July, you will have the opportunity to present your business plan to experts in the field. These workshops are sponsored by the Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) and the Texas Workforce Commissions (TWC). Any resident of the State of Texas, that is 18 years or older, can attend these workshops tuition free due to the generous support of our sponsors. Participants just need to complete a pre-survey to let us know if attendance will be online or in person. BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP ANNOUNCEMENT

Texas State Entrepreneurial Network has developed Business Plan Developmentworkshops starting this spring semester 2021 Participants can do the self-paced onlineversion andor attend one of 3 all day workshops (April May June) These 1-dayworkshops will provide hands on development of business plans for businesses at anydevelopment stage For participants completing all Modules in July you will have theopportunity to present your business plan to experts in the field

Greater San Marcos TX Launches 1Million Cups to Educate Connect LocalEntrepreneurs

The Greater San Marcos Texas Area will soon welcome a national program thatconnects and educates local entrepreneurs in more than 180 communities The programcalled 1 Million Cups helps build startup communities on a grassroots level byencouraging entrepreneurs to share ideas in a safe and supportive atmosphere Foundedby the Kauffman Foundation 1 Million Cups is based on the notion that entrepreneursnetwork and discover solutions over a million cups of coffee

Beginning March 31 2021 entrepreneurs innovators funders and other interestedcommunity members are invited to attend a free networking event on the lastWednesday of each month from 9 am to 10 am At each meeting two early-stagestartups will present their companies to an audience of mentors advisers and otherentrepreneurs Each founder will present for six minutes followed by a 20-minutequestion-and-answer session with the audience
