Ideas for sharing CURE at your event :

Agness was born with

bilateral clubfoot, a condition

that twists the feet downward

and inward. As Agness grew

and began walking, her clubbed

feet held her back. She walked

barefoot on the sides of her feet

because wearing shoes made her

trip. After making the journey to

CURE Zambia, Agness underwent

surgery and now walks with

straight feet. At her last visit, she

was standing tall and proud in a

new pair of shoes!

CURE’S MISSION: HEALING THE SICK AND PROCLAIMING THE KINGDOM OF GOD

CURE’s Core ValuesBEING CHRISTLIKE: We value reflecting Jesus’ compassion to those we serve.

BEING CHILDLIKE: We value a child’s passion for life and dependence on God in how we think, live, and love.

INTEGRITY: We value doing what we say and saying what we do.

RESTORING THE BROKEN: We value taking action in responding to the physical and spiritual needs of those without voice and resources.

INTENTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: We value collaborative partnerships that cultivate trust and authenticity.

CURE’s Three PillarsMEDICAL: CURE provides life-changing surgeries and removes barriers for children with correctable physical disabilities.

TRAINING: CURE’s hospitals are designed as teaching hospitals dedicated to training national medical professionals to serve future generations. Beyond the medical training, CURE is also training pastors and encouraging local churches.

SPIRITUAL: It is CURE’s desire that throughout the healing journey, God’s love and the message of the gospel are shared with each child and his or her family.

NEUROSURGERY: Treating life-threatening conditions like hydrocephalus, spina bifida, and brain tumors
