Modelling and Simulation for a 3D Robot Controlled by Neuroexpert System

Our research begins from the possibilities of controlling a 3D robot. The paper presents the modeling and simulation module, component of the architecture of the control system for a 3D robot. Through direct kinematical analysis we have studied different methods of objective description, as well as the transformations necessary in order to carry out the task. The paper also presents the implementation of mathematical modelling and simulation to the 3D educational robot.

The Helical Screw Compressor’s Exergetic Efficiency Variation to External Parameters Changes

The paper presents a study regarding the energetic performance of helical screw compressors depending on the external factors of influence. Through experimental determinations and analytical explorations in conjunct with simulations, the contributions of specific factors referred to the components of the exergetic balance where quantified. The paper addresses to specialists in the industrial pneumatics.

The Determination of The Potential Value of a Mining Property

Analyzing the possibilities to using the traditional assessment models (patrimonial and based on result updating) in the particular case of the mining companies in Romania, it led to conclusions that show its non-applicability at least in certain forms and in specific special situations. Thus, the special assets value in the mine patrimonies cannot be approached unless on the context of continuing exploitation activities and in a tight relationship with the mineral substances reserves to whose turn to profit the activities would take part in. Due to this usage particularity of the production factors capital and deposit the value approach through flow, as an economic value seem more opportune. In present though, the most majority of the mining companies in Romania operate with exploitation losses which are partially or totally covered by state finance subventions. This completely improper operating from an economical point of view rise insurmountable barriers for usage of assessment patterns based on updating the future cash flows.

The Study of The Detachable Bits for Rotating Drillings

Rotating drilling of the mine holes is performed with armed detachable bits with hard lamella made of metallic carbides. Solid Edge is a revolutionary CAD program used for designing the mechanic assemblies or of details (fixed points). The paper studies the detachable bit for rotating drilling with a 43 mm diameter, starting with geometric modeling three-dimensional in the Solid Edge soft can be verified the constructive and functional geometry of the rock drill head from the analytic point of view but also interactive (through simulating).

Interfacing The Gas Sensor to a Microcontroller

This paper present the basics principle to determine gas concentration in atmospheric air. For solid-state gas sensor is determined a model which allow a periodical calibration used only three gas concentration etalon. Also is described a measurement model which allow build a look-up table from. To measure a gas concentration using these models is presented a measurement system structure.

Capitalization of Synergy in Reagent System Action for Increasing Coal Flotation Efficiency

The success of separation of combustible matter from mineral matter using flotation is primarily dependent upon differences in the surface activity of species. The efficiency of the process is determined by the levels of certain operating variables of separation technique, reagent system being the most important lever in process management. In the case of coal with poor natural floatability, reagent system diversity represents an important proceeding for efficiency increasing.

The Analysis of Error Propagation in Polygonal Routes with Two Fixed Points and Two Fixed Orientations using a Numerical Simulation Model

This paper describes how to construct, with the help of a numerical simulation model, a polygonal route with two fixed points and two fixed orientations. We also present a study regarding the propagation of orientation and coordinates errors in polygonal routes.
