Ingredients

Icing sugar – 5 cups – sifted

4 sticks of butter (250 grams)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 Tablespoons milk/soy-milk

Directions

1Whip all the room temperature butter for a full 5 minutes

2(should become much more fluffy and white - don’t skimp on whipping time)

3Spoon by spoon start adding the icing sugar (stop half way through the icing sugar)

4Add the vanilla and mix

5Add the mild and mix

6Continue adding the icing sugar spoon by spoon till all finished (another 5 minutes of mixing)

7Shouldn’t fall off the spoon unless you help it
