Current System

RPC Hotels currently uses two separate systems to support customer and business needs.

One system, a basic static web site offers marketing and contact information over the Internet to customers.

Another system, based on Microsoft Access, and located at RPC Hotels offers business management features such as reservation, housekeeping control, inventory management and reporting.

RPC Hotels would also like their current in-house management system to be connected to the new customer web site in order to streamline the business process.
