MAY 14th, 2011 ~ 10 am to 7 pm Cummington Fairgrounds KIDS-MADE CRAFTS BAZAAR
During the 2011 Hilltown Spring Festival, a central covered area will be set aside to display and sell crafts and art made by children up to the age of 13. Our goals are to allow children to participate directly in the Festival, to reward them for their creativity, and to give them some real-world experience showing and selling their work. Crafts and art must be hand-made predominantly by children. Vendors must be pre-registered. Bring your own tables and chairs. Vehicles cannot get close to the display area after 10 AM, or before 6 PM; be prepared to carry things from the parking lot between 10 and 6. To pre-register, fill out the form below and return it with a $5 fee per child to Hilltown CDC, P.O. Box 17, Chesterfield, MA 01012. Only a certain number of children can be accommodated, so please register early. Vendors will not be charged for parking.
