The goverment is planning to build a tunnel in İstanbul which has got

three floors. '' The project will be made between

Söğütlüçeşme - İncirli and it will consistof

31,1 kilometers. 16,5 kilometers of the road

will be between Küçüksü - Gayrettepe. And it

will pass under the Bosphorus. The project

will be really important for Turkey and the

world. '' said Abubekir Taşyürek.

3,5 billion dollar is being planned to be used

in the construction of the project. The project

is planned to be completed in 5 years.

LET'S COOK

TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients

3 middle size tomatos

A spoon of tomato souce

A spoon of floor

3 glass of hot water

Hot pepper

Liquid oil

Some sugar

A spoon of milk

For upper

Cheese

Instruction

Plane the tomato, and cheese.

Put the liquid oil and the floour in a

saucepan and coast them.

Add the tomato souce, the some

tomatos, the some hot pepper, then

salt, then sugar. Add the water. Boil 10 minutes. Bland in the mixer.

Add a spoon of milk.

Finally add the cheese.

Instuctions

Put all the dough ingredients in a

large pot.

Add 1 cup of warm water and knead.

Boil 4 liters of water in a large pot.

Add oil and salt.

Boiled the dough in water for 2 minutes.

Put cold water in another pot.

Put the dough in cold water.

After, put the dough in the tray and add cheese and ingredients.

Do the others in this was and spread butter.

Cook on the stove.

Fry the first side than the second side.
